Gemlings are weak, but helpful companions. Gemlings can grow in size by being fed treasure items, increasing their maximum stamina by 3 and transforming into Gemlords when their Stamina reaches 50. Gemlings have access to Empower, Channel, and Dispel Companion abilities.
